PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled Mobile Response Team (MRT) Technicians to join a global leader in aviation, known for designing and servicing world-class business jets and specialized mission platforms. In this high-impact role, you’ll be part of a specialized team that keeps aircraft mission-ready by providing rapid, expert maintenance support across North America.
This is a direct placement, offsite position where adaptability, technical precision, and a passion for aviation excellence are essential.
What You’ll DoPerform AOG (Aircraft on Ground) maintenance and repairs on-site at various locations.
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and return aircraft to service in accordance with manuals, regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with avionics, structures, and composites teams to complete multi-discipline maintenance tasks.
Conduct mechanical/electrical removals and installations.
Travel extensively (up to multiple weeks at a time) to support operational needs.
Maintain MRT truck or rental vehicle, tools, and worksite readiness.
Serve as a Delegated Inspector (DI) when qualified by QA.
Audit assigned work areas and equipment monthly to ensure compliance and safety.
QualificationsRequired
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
Minimum 3 years aircraft maintenance experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members.
Basic set of hand tools and the ability to maintain and account for them.
Ability to work unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Capacity to work outdoors in seasonal/inclement weather.
Available for extensive travel with as little as 2 hours’ notice (assignments up to 30 days).
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Valid passport with ability to travel internationally.
Ability to work independently in remote environments.
Eligibility for Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
