Role Summary
* In this role, you will ensure aircraft, engines, and components meet all airworthiness and regulatory requirements. You will perform inspections, coordinate documentation, and support return-to-service processes while maintaining compliance with FAA, CAA, and company standards. You will also provide technical support to customers and mentor employees in inspection practices. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Must have a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years of corporate or commercial jet experience.
* Must own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control.
* Must have the ability to use measuring tools and hand tools to operate and interpret test equipment.
* Must have the ability to interpret and process regulatory documents and requirements (FAA, CAA, RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, TCDS, etc.).
* Must have working knowledge of return-to-service procedures.
* Must have the ability to train, coach, and mentor employees in inspection practices. Job Duties/Functions
* Will ensure all airworthiness quality requirements are met and documented in accordance with regulations for maintenance, repair, and alteration.
* Will adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
* Will conduct aircraft weighing procedures per manufacturer practices.
* Will obtain and complete aircraft documentation upon arrival.
* Will coordinate inspection activities in compliance with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMPS, AVTRAC).
* Will perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools and equipment.
* Will inspect new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for damage, conformity, and accuracy.
* Will ensure work packages, maintenance records, and corrective actions are completed accurately and regulatory paperwork is submitted.
* Will research technical data and aircraft drawings as required.
* Will perform walk-around inspections prior to release from maintenance.
* Will execute return-to-service processes ensuring airworthiness compliance.
* Will provide technical data and assistance to customers as required.
