You will be accountable fortroubleshooting complex technical issues, guiding equipment installations andmaintenance, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Yourexpertise and guidance in the field will play a crucial role in driving thesuccess of our field service operations and the growth of our business. Youwill report directly to our Field Service Manager and youll work out of ourlocation on a work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on theefficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers operations by providingexceptional technical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for ourcustomers
- Guide and oversee equipment installations, maintenance, andrepairs
- Provide advanced technical support and training to customers
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuousimprovement initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including customers and suppliers
The annual base salary range for this position is $58,200 - $72,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Fire Alarm fieldservice or a related technical role
- NICET II certification
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevanttechnologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and people-oriented skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multipleprojects and tasks
