Position Summary As a UI/UX Specialist, your work will directly impact how users interact with our products. Youll conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and design systems to ensure a consistent and optimized user journey.
Key Accountability- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the apps/web GUI according to branding guidelines
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and prototypes
- Design the user navigation and interactions with the app/website and supported by prototype
- Work closely with mobile/web developers in fine tuning UI and UX
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) & user pain points
- Conduct researches on competitors digital products as well as stay up to date to latest UX trends
- Work in a team in an agile environment.
- Review and coach peers on best UIUX practices, foster learning & support within team
- Drives the UIUX walkthrough with internal teams and key stakeholders
- Influent and coach the business stakeholders on importance of UIUX and the rationales behind a design
- Conduct usability surveys and tests to gather user feedbacks to drive UIUX improvement on digital products
Qualification & Working Experience- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with 4-5 years previous working experience in an aviation industry related to application development lifecycle or
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with 3-4 years previous working experience in an aviation industry related to application development lifecycle
- Any UIUX design certifications, Interaction Design Specialization is bonus
- 5-7 years of User Experience & UI fieldwork on eCommerce & consumer applications (website and mobile app)
Areas of Experience- Had worked in a team of UIUX designers and comfortable with team and stakeholder collaborations
- Good story telling skills
- Good understanding of users requirement
- Intermediate to Advance skill in Figma
- Intermediate skill in Photoshop, illustrator
