• Establish and implement team strategies, programs and practices to achieve world class manufacturing inventory turns and process flow

• Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in safety, quality, cost and delivery
• Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
• Team management of salaried employees which includes Front Line Leaders who oversee hourly employees
• Develops action plans and research planning on an annual basis
• Contributes to business programs of a considerable part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plans
• Coach and develop peers as needed to support the staffs skillset growth and commitment to SQDC

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Operations Management experience
