WHO YOU ARE
The Integrated Combat Management Systems (ICMS) team is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Management professional to join our team at Lockheed Martin. This position is for a Contracts Management professional supporting various ICMS contracts within the Multi-Domain Combat Solutions (MDCS) spanet segment.

The Contracts Management professional will be responsible for supporting all aspects of contracts within the assigned programs, including negotiating and administering contracts for U.S. Government and Foreign Military Sales. The desired candidate will ensure compliance with contractual requirements. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, able to effectively coordinate with Lockheed Martin program, technical, and business management teams and have the ability to work independently. This role will provide opportunities to work with senior team members across the contracts management team.

Must be able to travel to support various program events/meetings, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree or Juris Doctor.

- Experience with various U.S. Government contracting commands.

- FAR / DFARS knowledge.

- Ability to work in a cross functional environment (including functions such as: legal, subcontracts, finance and other stakeholders).

- Microsoft Office knowledge

- Ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret clearance (requires US Citizenship).
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate contracts related topics or issues to peers, as well as program management.

- Team player who is a problem solver and self-starter. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments concurrently.

- Experience with all phases of proposal development, contracts negotiation and administration.

- Experience working with multiple contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M).

- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

- CFCM Certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $61,300 - $117,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $70,500 - $132,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
