Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the AAFS USG Sikorsky Afterspanet Contracts team. The selected candidate will provide strategic contracting advice and lead a team of Contract Administrators in the administration of contracts and the negotiation for USG business

The candidate must be capable of building and
maintaining effective working relationships with
internal and external customers, and operate as the company’s primary contact with multiple customers

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Experience in contract administration and
negotiations, including solid understanding and
familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation
(FAR) and agency supplements, including intellectual property rules.

10 years of professional experience; related Masters degree preferred
Desired Skills:
Experience with USG, International and Commercial Contracts

Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
