Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance with leadership experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations and safety protocols.
- CAMP and Corridor Software knowledge
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Experience in budget management and inventory control.
