Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
Must be the holder of a university degree and/or a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK or other national equivalent). Generalist experience in HR with a minimum of 5 years at a middle management level preferably in a large multinational organisation. Knowledge/skills: - Proven professional experience of performance management, change management, organisation design, job evaluations, recruitment, employee relations, HR systems and employee engagement.
Candidates must have the right to live and work in India. The role is based in Delhi and requires travel to multiple cities across India where Emirates operates.
