Description:You will be an IT&E Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Team Lead for Lockheed Martins PAC3 program. Our team is responsible for managing the test and integration of advanced HWIL subsystems, delivering cutting-edge solutions for RF Sensor Stimulation and OTA sensor testing.
What You Will Be Doing
As an IT&E HWIL Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, overseeing the development and integration of real-time, closed-loop systems, and managing subcontractors and customer HWIL facilities. Youll drive the transition to closed-loop, real-time testing and support roadmap development for future HWIL capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Oversee subcontractors, integration, and test of complex HWIL simulation subsystems
• Manage sensor analyses, modeling, and simulation efforts to support HWIL and flight test activities
• Lead efforts to transition sensor test capabilities to closed-loop, real-time testing
• Develop and coordinate roadmaps for future HWIL capabilities with IRAD and Evolutionary Development Branch
• Serve as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) and liaison for USG HWIL counterparts

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or STEM-related, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience integrating and testing RF Sensors
- Experience with RF Target Generation systems
- Experience in Team Leadership
- Experience in Subcontractor Supplier Management
- Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
- Experience using RF Test Equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes
- Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process including working through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
- Experience integrating real-time models into a closed-loop simulation
- Experience simulating Datalink, GPS and Firing Module Simulators

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
