What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, integrating and supporting software applications in an enterpriseenvironmentAbility to manage multiple products and shifting prioritiesExtensive experience managing teams using Agile methodologyExperience working with stakeholders to implement large-scale solutionsKnowledge of building, deploying, and scaling applications in AWS cloud platform is preferredCandidate must also have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsStrong problem-solving skills and capability to understand and set direction for complex technology integrationAbility to influence and drive change at all levels of the organizationAbility to develop and nurture relationships quicklyExcellent leadership skills with experience leading teams and direct reports distributed geographicallyConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
