THE WORK
This position will support Sikorsky Enterprise FOD & Tool Control activities across all Sikorsky sites. The position may require approximately 25-40 travel.
1. Evaluates quality process and system standards to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory and industry requirements.
2. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring quality system process discrepancies.
3. Interface as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer and supply chain representatives to ensure quality system process requirements are met.
4. Identifies areas of risk and mitigating solutions.
5. Facilitates DCMA Quarterly FOD Prevention activities.
6. Develops, distributes, monitors and validates internal and external issues.
7. Other Quality related activities as required.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. Minimum of 5 years of Quality experience.
3. Knowledge of applicable industry standards (AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, FAR, DFAR, etc.).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
5. Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization.
6. Ability to collaboratively develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Desired Skills:
1. Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
2. Applies technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
3. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives and approaches to assignment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
