We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance operations in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for production equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and facility infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly. • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards. • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records and inspections. • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce operational costs. • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on process optimization and capital projects. • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations. • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
