At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products, and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada. We are searching for Management Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

What You Will Do:
- Analyze client operations, identify opportunities, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Lead or support workshops, strategy sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, including executives and key stakeholders.
- Develop key deliverables like strategic plans and prioritized roadmaps.
- Provide expert business advice and guidance.
- Develop and present business analysis reports and findings.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposals.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or leading business initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from executives to end users.
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered an asset.
