THE WORK
Lockheed Martin Oldsmar is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of Non-Exempt (20+) employees who support production control efforts, WIP movement in the factory, managing floor stock locations, and assisting in meeting program on time completions.
Position Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the team, managing personnel, staffing, schedule compliance, and continuous improvement activities. The Candidate will also lead/facilitate an Performance Management Team (PMT) as well as utilize Lean Principles as part of Clearwaters Flow Team.

The Candidate will also lead/facilitate an operations excellence team (OET) as well as utilize Lean Principles as part of Clearwaters Flow Team.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years or more prior leadership experience with direct reports or experience being a work center lead in a manufacturing environment

-Demonstrated understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, quality)

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environments with minimal supervision is required

-Embrace leadership and behaviors in day to day activities and execute tactically to achieve the organization’s strategic goals
Desired Skills:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environments with minimal supervision is required

-Knowledge of SOLUMINA and/or SAP (COS)

-Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

-Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros)

-Experience with Tableau

-Experience with BI Hana report creation

-Manufacturing planning experience

-Knowledge of work center interdependencies and establishing estimated completions dates on Work in Process (WIP)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
