Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a PROCUREMENT MANAGER (f/m) to join us in Toulouse Area, France.
You have a strategic thinking, open mindset, you are ready to challenge and influence internal & external stakeholders, to negotiate contractual & commercial terms and conditions to protect Airbus interests ?
You will be part of the Airbus Procurement material systems standard & specified parts team ( PMBY) in charge of procuring products related with all fluids conveyance, systems attachments, insulation and seals for cabin, systems and aerostructure products for the entire Airbus group.
These products are qualified by Airbus, and supplied either directly to Airbus plants or incorporated into work-packages delivered assembled to Airbus (indirect business)
E;g : fittings, hoses, bellows, clamps, seals, insulations, gimbals, vi-breakers, seals, profiles, grommets, etc...
YOUR CHALLENGES
You will
- Be responsible for the end to end procurement activity for a portfolio of standard parts/specified items products for all programs & plants, including market intelligence, strategy definition / implementation, call for tenders, commercial negotiation and contract execution (Logistics, support, quality, cost...)
¤ Build strategic & long term relationships with your portfolio of suppliers
- Monitor contract with suppliers and Company stakeholders during innovation, development, serial and support phases
- Integrate Airbus business units (Airbus Atlantic, Premium, ADS, Helico) and work-packages suppliers top contributor products through enablement to secure overall supply chain, ensure global strategy and optimize cost base
- Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and run projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks (cost optimization, redesign to cost, standardization, transfer of work,etc)

¤ Recently Graduated in Business Administration or Engineering Degree / Master of Science with focus on business
¤ Interest in technical aspects
¤ Team mindset and ability to work with people from different functions and countries
¤ Structure and rigor for data management and analysis
¤ Ability to understand financial aspects
¤ Capability to step back and analyze get the big picture, think out of the box and bring innovative solutions
¤ Capability to prepare and deliver clear messages to various audiences
¤ Language skills : English is the main language. French or German are a plus
