The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Product and Service Quality Manager to join the team in Patuxent River, MD.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with flight line operations
3+ years of experience leading or managing cross functional teams
3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance
3+ years of experience in Maintenance Planning Operations
3+ years of experience documenting corrective actions and non-conformance
Willing to travel up to 10
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associate’s Degree or higher
Have an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License or an FAA Repairman’s certificate
5+ years of experience working in a flight line operations
5+ years of experience leading or managing cross functional teams
3+ years of experience with release of aircraft for flight

Summary Pay Range: $115,600 – $156,400
