The Program Manager intern will gain valuable experience supporting program managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, milestones and deliverables. They will support the team with project tracking, reporting, and risk management.

Essential Functions
- Assist with Program Planning & Coordination: Support program managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and help mitigate any potential issues by assisting in problem-solving and finding solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Help maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist in coordinating activities between different departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Support in Resource Allocation: Aid in ensuring that the necessary resources (people, tools, and materials) are available and properly allocated for ongoing projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in other program-related tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Competencies

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of program management principles is a plus but not required.
Education / Certifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Program Management or a related Aircraft Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (undergraduate or graduate level).

Security Clearance
AEVEX provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.
Salary Range
