Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated workforce plans and project schedules to support organizational goals, leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning for data-driven decision-making.
Prepare and update schedules, reports, and metrics; manage change activities throughout the lifecycle of programs or projects.
Lead the development and execution of workforce strategies including resource allocation, planning, and performance management initiatives.
Conduct studies, variance analysis, trend analysis, and risk assessments to identify project impacts and opportunities.
Manage change control processes and communicate critical updates and best practices to stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders to establish requirements, project objectives, and performance recovery plans.
Develop and implement a data integrity audit program for Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring organizational fidelity and process compliance.
Produce and maintain audit documentation, process workflows, and compliance mechanisms.
Create and deliver comprehensive reports and training materials utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning, Excel, and other visualization tools such as Power BI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Workforce Management, resource allocation, or business insights roles.
Proven experience building custom reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other HRIS resource planning applications (e.g., Kronos, ADP).
Strong analytical skills, including experience conducting detailed studies and risk assessments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
