Project Manager
29.18 - 39.04 per hour
Morson are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support the Project Leader in setting up CAPEX / Building projects. Working for one of the largest Aerospace manufacturers in the world you will lead projects from inception and feasibility, through to design and final handover. We’re looking for a candidate with broad project management skills on CAPEX or construction projects.
The role is being offered on a 12 month contract with the opportunity to make it longer term. It will be full time on site in Broughton across a 35 hour week and can pay a rate of 39.04 per hour Umbrella or 29.18 per hour PAYE inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor a project delivery plan.
- Set up a Risk Management Governance, Identification and Management.
- Support to CAPEX business cases from preparation through approval to delivery.
- Setting up & maintaining a regular reporting, Present documentation, reports, technical analysis, cost reports.
- Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Choice of appropriate Project management Methods & Tools for the Project
Requirements
- Previous experience of Building & Construction Project Management
- Broad Project Management experience of around 3-5 years.
- Experience managing risk, budget, scheduling, contracts in a CAPEX environment.
- External and internal stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a Multi-Functional Project Team (MFT); including external professional staff.
- Experience in Capital Investment, Construction Project management, and project delivery is beneficial.
- Support assuring safety, security and ethical compliance i.a.w. company requirements
Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be BPSS cleared or eligible for this level of clearance before starting on site
