Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, or simply called KAMS, is one of Ryanairs technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas airport, Lithuania. Our daily task is to perform technical maintenance and repair for 2 Boeing 737-800 aircraft which are serviced in our 4 hangars. KAMS goal is to provide highest level of services and ensure Ryanair passengers fly safely.

Position based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Working hours: Monday - Friday, office hours.

✈ Leadership and Management, and mentorship of Sheet Metal Workers, Engineers and Trainees.

✈ Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies, and regulations.

✈ To find the most suitable repair solutions and implementation in according to the Structural Repair Manuals.

✈ Oversight of the Structures Department to ensure Structural repairs, modifications, etc are carried out per regulatory requirements.

✈ Liaising with customers technical services or OEM’s on the resolution of technical issues.

✈ Maintaining accurate structural records.

✈ Manage projects related to Structures issues.

✈ Any other duties as requested by Manager.

✈ Must hold demonstrable experience of Sheet Metal Work and Structural Repair.

✈ Previous maintenance experience on Boeing 737 is highly desirable.

✈ Previous experience in management/leadership roles is highly desirable.

✈ Having a B1 license is highly desirable.

✈ Knowledge of technical drawings and repair manuals.

✈ Manual skills and precision, attention to detail.

✈ Strong leadership skills.

✈ Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.

✈ Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.

✈ Self-motivation, to be able to work without direct supervision.

✈ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential).

✈ Good IT Literacy (Essential), with AMOS Experience (Desirable).
