This role can be based at any of our headquarters within the spanet locations, Luton, Hannover, Rijswijk, Zaventem or Stockholm. The role will be published until Wednesday 25th March.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Youll craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with TUIs vision, mission and business goals, including brand personas, positioning statements, and messaging that builds customer loyalty.
- Working alongside the wider Brand & Content Leadership Team, youll help develop TUIs portfolio of products and brands to maximise brand equity through initiatives like brand architecture, go-to-spanet strategy, and transitioning local successes into global wins.
- As part of the Global Brand Forum and Brand Market & Asset Board, youll help develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and consistency across all communications with stakeholders from our source spanets, hotel brands and experience business.
- Your programme management skills will shine as you write inspiring briefs, manage agency relationships, handle detailed task governance, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Youll ensure all activity is tied back to objectives and measurable, tracking ROI while keeping budgets tightly managed and well spent.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and agencies, youll ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives across our global operations.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth, with strong experience in brand architecture, proposition development, communications strategy and messaging houses.
- Youre a skilled negotiator with gravitas, able to manage diverse stakeholders with integrity and professionalism.
- Your strategic and commercial thinking allows you to assess and quantify short and long-term impacts of changes, manage ambiguity, and evaluate options to deliver maximum value.
- Strong presentation skills enable you to craft and articulate effective slide decks that tell a story and build a compelling case.
- Proven experience working in spaneting teams in complex, cross-cultural and remote environments demonstrates your collaborative approach.
- Youre an engaging communicator who quickly gains rapport and credibility with diverse international stakeholders, building networks at all levels of seniority up to board level.
