Key Responsibilities: - Leads the strategy and delivery of new systems, new learning academies
- Maintains existing systems like Learning Experience Platform, Video management systems, and resource management system
- Lead the development and delivery of Learning Technologies tool for United’s Global Learning Organization
- This includes enterprise Learning Management System, Learning Experience Platform, distance learning, virtual and augmented reality, video management system, informal, social learning, mobile learning and content management
- Assist in evaluation of learning technology systems and tools to improve experience and training delivery
- Assist in the integration projects related to learning, talent, etc for HCM transformation and other related projects
- Collaborate across various departments within the organization, including internal business clients, HR groups, and training teams, to craft, develop, and deliver projects with performance indicators.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors on project design, scope and delivery
- Approach technology rollouts and project delivery to ensure readiness and adoption across frontline employees and leaders to meet all compliance and regulatory needs
- Partner with work groups across United to define requirements and manage the delivery of the proposed solution
- Lead change management process for learning technologies with the stakeholder groups
- Ensure a high focus on the development and adoption of training solutions and Social Learning solutions, cross platform, for use with multiple mobile operating systems and devices for pilots, flight attendants, ramp service employees and other operational and corporate workgroups
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT department to implement learning technology enhancements to support new projects
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for LMS and LXP platforms to align with organizational learning and talent development objectives
- Partner with HR, L&D, and IT leaders to identify long-term needs and emerging trends in learning technologies
- Develop scalable solutions that cater to diverse learning audiences, including remote and frontline employees.

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): - 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of Learning, Performance and talent system management experience
- Vendor management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tracking multiple projects and pivoting as needed between projects and from high-level to detailed viewpoints
- Ability to manage projects and programs across all phases including scope, change management, process definition, deployment and delivery
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to adopt and leverage technologies to their full potential
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
