Job Description:

• Ensure Charts&43; production cycle activities are completed on time to the required standard by organizing and delegating activities and report these updates to the HO Aerodata on a regular basis.

• Manage performance, motivate, coach team members across multiple sites and provide feedback to develop talent within the team.

• Manage administrative tasks including overtime, holidays, sick leaves, training records

• Lead / Coordinate improvement project(s) through solution definition, implementation, deployment including the harmonization with other teams in Aerodata

• Support customer account managers and senior management on customer calls, visits, and projects

• Represent the team and the company on internal and external forums and audits

• Recruit, onboard and train new team members

• Coordination of subcontractor activities
