As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role indeveloping and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improvesupplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will beaccountable for guiding a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating withcross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achievebusiness objectives. You will reportdirectly to our Senior DirectorProgram Management and youll work out of our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield,CO locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role,you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcinginitiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practicesin procurement and supply chain management.

• 8+ years ofexperience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
• Strongleadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
