Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for managing supply chain operations in support of defense projects? We’re seeking a Sr ISC Project Management Manager to oversee and direct operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects in support of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) customer base. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring on-time delivery and optimizing performance for key defense and aerospace projects.
Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time product delivery to meet DLA customer requirements.
Serve as the escalation point for critical supplier and customer issues.
Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to present recovery plans and improvement projects.
Communicate effectively with customers, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver key ISC updates and solutions.
Develop and execute improvement projects aimed at improving customer-facing performance metrics and surveys.
Partner with ISC Operations, Materials Management, Sourcing, AME, E&T, CSO, and other functional groups to address customer issues and achieve target performance levels.
Track AOP/SRO requirements and report progress to the CBT and finance teams.
Conduct site visits and work closely with leadership to drive delivery and quality improvements.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of critical customer parts, including developing recovery plans and part acceleration strategies.
Utilize databases like SAP, Excel, and Office to track and report part delivery statuses and recovery plans.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with both team members and customers.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Highly self-motivated and personable demeanor, capable of leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Work Schedule & Travel:
Day shift (standard hours).
Hybrid work schedule, with occasional travel required for site visits and customer meetings.
Mandatory overtime and work on the last Saturday of each month, as well as potential overtime on additional Saturdays, based on demand.

Pay Details: $70.00 per hour
