Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations at our SFO station. You will oversee safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are maintained. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing top-tier service to our customers. A valid A&P license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 15-18 employees at the SFO station.
• Oversee safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide top-tier service to customers at every step.
• Work primarily with B767 aircraft and, upon training, with other models such as A319, A320, A321, B737, B767, B777, and E190.

Essential Skills

• Valid A&P license.
• Minimum of five years in a line maintenance leadership role.
• Solid technical understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with commercial airlines and fractional operators.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including FAA Bg check and drug screening.
• Experience in line maintenance and heavy maintenance for aircraft.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled environment outdoors in San Francisco, where the weather tends to be on the colder side year-round. The role primarily involves a morning shift from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

- Performance-based bonus eligibility (Sales and P&L-driven)
