- Extensive Reliability Program, Maintenance Programs, Engineering, or CASS experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or Business and at least five (5) years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in supervising people.
- Proficiency in data and statistical analysis a must.
- Must have and be able to demonstrate solid writing and communication skills (verbal/oral), and organization skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficient PC skills including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, TRAX, Tableau, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to supervise a team.
- Technical knowledge of relevant aircraft and engine types: 747, 767 and 777 aircraft.

Salary Range: $69,500 - $99,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
