As a Tribe Digital Lead, you will play a crucial role in our mission to become the best digital airline in the world. Working closely with the Tribe Lead, you will help drive our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with key business goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be working with the Finance and Supply Chain teams to lead the digital transformation and support the business with their evolving digital needs.
What You Will Bring to This Role
- A deep understanding of software engineering, modern architecture, and application lifecycle management
- Solid knowledge of digital delivery and support models in large organizations, with experience in or knowledge of the airline industry being a plus
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- A mindset of curiosity and innovation, turning challenges into learning opportunities
- A willingness to embrace ambiguity, roll up your sleeves, and lead teams through dynamic environments
- Experience leading and prioritizing digital initiatives, managing dependencies, and tracking KPIs to ensure success
