• Support daily operations and small lot production of Hybrid MMIC devices.
• Collaborate with production planners to optimize schedules and meet demand.
• Manage inventory: track shortages, plan lead times, and order lab materials.
• Maintain and update production documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of equipment and processes.
• Perform RMA processing and lead investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell’s quality and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics).
• 5+ years of experience in production operations or lab environments.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in a factory setting as a production or process engineer.
• Proven success implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing inventory and change control with suppliers.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Microwave/RF technology and semiconductor assembly.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., DMM, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators, laser trimmers).

• Pay Rate: $37–$40/hr.
• Shift: 1st Shift – Standard business hours.
