We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Structure Mechanic (ASM) with strong assembly experience to join a well-established aviation operation in Stuart, Florida.

• Aircraft structural assembly and installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Drilling, reaming, countersinking, riveting, and fastening
• Work with aluminum and sheet metal structures
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

• 5+ years experience as an Aircraft Structure Mechanic
• Strong background in aircraft assembly
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Aviation manufacturing or MRO experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Own basic tools preferred
