Job Title: MachinistJob Description
We are looking for a skilled machinist to operate 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, predominantly mills, ensuring the highest level of precision and quality. The successful candidate will set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines, performing their own setups or changeovers. This role involves working on a variety of machines, from small open-door units to large machines with extended run times.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up 3, 4, and 5 axis machines.
- Perform deburring and blending to maintain tight tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and collaborate with the programming group.
- Adjust programs and make G code and M code updates.
- Work mainly off NX software, with some Catia usage.
- Ensure everything is within tolerance and quality standards.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of CNC experience.
- Experience with 4 or 5 axis machines.
- Proficiency in operating Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines.
- Ability to perform own setups, runs, and changeovers.
- Capability to perform deburring and blending as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with NX or Catia software is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid birth certificate to satisfy US Export Controls requirements.

Work Environment
The role offers openings on varied shifts including M-Th night shift from 4:18 PM to 2:30 AM with a 15 shift differential, weekend days (F, Sat, Sun) from 5 AM to 5 PM with a 28 shift differential, and weekend nights (F, Sat, Sun) from 5 PM to 5 AM with a 28 shift differential. Work in a climate-controlled facility with a voluntary overtime policy, dependent on business needs and machine workload.
