Job Title: CNC Mill MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with expertise in multi-axis machining for large parts with long cycle times. This role requires precision in measuring to within one-thousandth of an inch and involves working with materials such as aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mills for multi-axis machining of large parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct precision measurements using calipers and micrometers.
- Inspect completed workpieces for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in proper working condition.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 5 years experience in mill multi-axis machining with long cycle times.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Ability to measure materials with precision up to one-thousandth of an inch.
- Experience with CNC programming, particularly M code and G code.
- Familiarity with working on materials such as aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous leadership experience in machine shop environments.
- Experience with aircraft assembly and mechanical structures.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, Mazak systems.
- Experience in A&P and airframe structures.

Employees work on a variety of shifts, including weekend options, with a 36-hour workweek paid as 40 hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
