* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
* Able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
* Able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs Preferred Skills
* 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3+ months of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
* Experience with managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
* Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools) Job Duties & Functions
* Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks
* Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components
* Install and assemble wire harnesses and avionics products
* Perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation
* Apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements
