Facilities Specialist

Job Description:

Assist in the coordination of facilities maintenance for AMRT systems including HVAC, Air compressors, backup generator, gas distribution, electrical distribution, audio-visual, mobile equipment and general office and shop upkeep.
Provide support for events and facility users for emergent facilities issues.
Assist with the documentation of technical data, maintenance process and procedures, consistent with EHS and engineering policies and procedures.
Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments.
Support all GE Vernova EHS initiatives.
Perform maintenance following all of GE Vernova’s safety procedure’s (LOTO, rigging, ladder safety, etc.).
Perform effective problem solving with limited supervision.
Support the procurement of materials need to perform maintenance and facilities support duties.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant and machine maintenance or associate’s degree or certificate in maintenance, manufacturing, construction or a related discipline from an accredited technical school or college and 3 years’ experience.
High School Diploma / GED
