- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience in composite fabrication, hardware assembly, test, maintenance, material handling, and/or installation OR certificate from an accredited trade skills program in A&P, and/or manufacturing
- Proven experience in working with various composite materials, resins, and fibers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and regulations
- Hands-on experience in tooling, jig, and fixture fabrication
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Experience gained through the military or within an aviation manufacturing company
- Basic knowledge of CAD software for reviewing and interpreting designs
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
