Astro Dynamic Group (ADG) has partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Renton, Washington, recognized as one of the world’s largest producers of aerostructures for commercial aircraft. The company specializes in aluminum and advanced composite manufacturing, with core products including fuselages, integrated wings and wing components, pylons, and nacelles.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assembly & Installation: Assemble structural parts, skins, and assemblies into larger aircraft structures; pre-assemble, trim, fit, rig, seal, align, and adjust aircraft door systems
• Sub-Assembly: Assemble parts into sub-assemblies using templates, jigs, and fixtures
• Sealing: Seal parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies using fillet and fay methods, apply leveling compounds and Scotchcast as required
• Structural & Systems Work: Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision structural and system components while ensuring fit, form, and function
• Perform functional testing and make necessary corrections to assemblies and components
• Install and remove Hi-Lok fasteners
• Install, squeeze, drill out, and remove rivets (including common interior structures)
• Perform cuts, splices, hole pulling, oversizing, and manual hole layout

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to work on concrete floors, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces
• Ability to walk on open floor beams, climb stairs or scaffolding, crawl, kneel, and work in varied positions
• Ability to lift and move parts, tools, and equipment as required
