In our Wrocław office, the Digitalization Team is leading the way in smart manufacturing and data-driven innovation. Working closely with local IT and global Digital Technology (DT) teams, we transform manual processes into seamless digital experiences. Here, you won’t just support transformation — you’ll drive it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and drive opportunities to digitize and automate processes across production and administrative areas
- Implement cutting-edge tools that enhance efficiency and streamline operations
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize information flow
- Lead initiatives to digitize workflows and documentation
- Design and develop customized applications to support evolving business needs
- Contribute directly to projects that enhance performance and productivity
- Work closely with both local and global digital technology experts
Qualifications you must have:
- Experience with relational databases, ERP systems, and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and networking fundamentals
- Understanding of network traffic and communication protocols
- Introductory knowledge of industrial automation and machine connectivity
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Comfortable using Jira for task and project tracking
- Proficient in English
- Familiarity with Lean Management tools
- A strong passion for learning and continuous improvement
