In our Wrocław office, the Digitalization Team is leading the way in smart manufacturing and data-driven innovation. Working closely with local IT and global Digital Technology (DT) teams, we transform manual processes into seamless digital experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:                  

• Identify and drive opportunities to digitize and automate processes across production and administrative areas
• Implement cutting-edge tools that enhance efficiency and streamline operations
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to optimize information flow
• Lead initiatives to digitize workflows and documentation
• Design and develop customized applications to support evolving business needs
• Contribute directly to projects that enhance performance and productivity
• Work closely with both local and global digital technology experts

Qualifications you must have:

• Experience with relational databases, ERP systems, and data analysis
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and networking fundamentals
• Understanding of network traffic and communication protocols
• Introductory knowledge of industrial automation and machine connectivity
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Project management experience
• Comfortable using Jira for task and project tracking
• Proficient in English
• Familiarity with Lean Management tools
• A strong passion for learning and continuous improvement

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies in manufacturing
• Familiarity with core problem-solving techniques

• Hands-on programming experience
