Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday (6:00am - 4:30pm Opening Shift)
Compensation:$24.19 - $31.55/hr
Position Summary
The Client Services Concierge is a central part of the Fixed Based Operations (FBO) team. This person is responsible for providing the ultimate guest experience upon every interaction. The Client Services Concierge must embody the Clay Lacy Aviation vision, mission, and values to help create a positive team environment that raises the level of safety, service and value for our guests and employees. The Client Services Concierge will lead with a positive demeanor and should reflect the quality of Clay Lacy Aviation to our guests. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, an outgoing personality, and a can-do approach to any task!
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of Client Experience with hospitality while promoting the services of the FBO.
- Seek opportunities to go Above and Beyond the needs of each guest that provides a memorable experience for all Clay Lacy Customers.
- Promote consistent and smooth experiences for the Customer’s arrivals & departures, including fuel orders, catering, ground transportation, hotels, restaurants, and all other reservations associated.
- Initiate service recovery measures in a fashionable manner and resolve complaints accordingly.
- Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
- Ensure daily Concierge tasks are completed.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
- Assist flight/cabin crew with all in-flight related services to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Maintain the FBO Store by shopping for necessary items, rotating and organizing all amenities.
- FBO store audit and inventory.
- Aircraft Audit - Check aircraft for expired stock, the organization of spaces, and ensure cleanliness. Report all interior blemishes to appropriate parties.
- Aircraft Weight and Balance assistance - offload/onload loose items and weigh inventory.
- Berth beds onboard.
- Ensure all storage areas including aircraft lockers and cages, are organized.
- Coordinate potential Client and existing Client internal sales meeting/event setup.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Education
High School Diploma
Experience
2 + years of experience in Aviation Client Relations and/or Luxury Hotel is preferred.
3-5 years Customer Service experience required.
