Are you customer service expert with experience in face-to-face interactions and delivering the most amazing service in a hospitality environment?
Our Clubhouses are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week from early morning to late at night
Thinking of applying? Were looking for:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a food and beverage, hospitality environment is essential for this role
- Previous experience of delivering excellent customer experience, where attention to detail and a tailored service is expected
- Confident working in a fast paced environment, where youll be on your feet for long periods of time serving our Clubhouse guests
- Have the ability to prioritise and multi task a series of food and drink requests from our customers and colleagues
- Free to work different shifts between 05:00am and 23:00pm, including some weekends and bank holidays
- Aged 18 years of age or over, and able to acquire an airside pass ID that permits you to enter and work in restricted areas of London Heathrow airport
