Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline.
Minimum Experience
Experience as a military aircrew member (Boom Operator) is required. Military aircrew instructor experience is desired. Commercial aircrew experience with instructor experience may be substituted.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Read, write and speak fluent English.
- Knowledge of the complete ISD process
- Training content development/SME experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Works independently or with others.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic work environment.
- Exercises professional judgment and discretion; and assumes responsibility for accuracy and completeness of work.
- In-depth knowledge of flight/aircrew training.
- Aircrew experience.
- Solid knowledge of computers, Microsoft Windows and Office software.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to sit, use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The teammate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The teammate must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
