Role PurposeManage, monitor and control e-enable aircrafts data to ensure compliance for the operations.
Key Accountability1. Ensure quality and secure data distributed incompliance to the policy and data security standard. To check the Electronis Flight Bag (EFB) operational state against the regulatory specification. As per recommendation by Airbus on performing the domain administrator function in support to the platform administrator in compliance to the new aircraft technology.
2. Manage and monitor EFB status and readiness for operations ensuring compliance to CAAM Civil Aviation Directive (CAD) with the process and procedure of managing EFB devices and data.
3. Planning and providing training for support staff, skill and knowledge enhancement in line with the company direction and aspiration to support digitalization related to cokcpit technology. To be trained as approved trainer for eOperations related.
4. The first level technical support for EFB related matters on day-to-day basis and to liase with IT, Engineering Technical Services and Line Maintenance for eOPS support. This includes managing the manpower and resources for operations.
5. Involve in department projects and enhancement programme in line with the ABP Participate in contract renewal, budget planning and procurement process for EFB related (i.e software and support / device upgrade).
Qualifications and Experience1. Degree in Information Technology with 0-3 years’ or Diploma in Information Technology with 4 years’ experience in Aviation regulation on documentations and IT skills.
2. Certificate in Aviation management with 0-2 years’ experience.
Personality Traits1. Understand standard of data security and IT policy
2. Knowledge of EFB related management.
3. Knowledge of related system aircraft monitoring and liason.
4. Regulatory requirement on e-enable aircraft operations and policy.
