Customer Experience Professional
As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in shaping our customer experience initiatives. Your expertise incustomer service, problem-solving, and relationship management will beinstrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
Youwill report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and work out of our MuncieIn location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on enhancing customer satisfaction,driving loyalty, and building strong relationships with our customers. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, resolveissues, and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer serviceand support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs andproactively address them to enhance the customer experience
• Resolve customer issues andcomplaints in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to improve processes and systems that impact the customer experience
• Collect and analyze customer feedbackto identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain strongrelationships with key customers and stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
• 1+ years of experience in customer service ora related field
• 1+ years of Knowledge of CRM systems and customerservice software
