Here at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have a brand new opportunity for a HR Advisor to support our Contact Centre area of the business, where we have over 1000 colleagues. The role will be based at our Head Office in Leeds amongst the wider HR team, supporting colleagues on a remote basis.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, our HR Advisor will provide HR generalist advice, support and guidance, to senior stakeholders within high-profile areas of the business. You’ll have the autonomy to make real-life changes and improvements to your business area whilst working closely with the HR Business Partner and wider HR team.
The role offers a great opportunity to play a key role as a centre of excellence for all HR-related matters ranging from high-volume general queries to more complex employee relations queries on a smaller scale.

What you’ll be doing:
Our HR Advisor will act as the first point of contact for general HR queries and employee relations matters, providing accurate and timely advice on a high-volume basis. Key responsibilities include: -
Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key HR Data and KPI’s such as turnover of staff, sickness absence etc. to identify trends and then working with the HR Business Partner to identify and address any underlying issues.
