Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in administrative tasks and various HR activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your activities

• Provide administrative support across HR functions

• Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)

• Help manage employee files and ensure accurate documentation

• Support payroll preparation and related administrative taskss

• Help monitor employee attendance and leave tracking

• Participate in various HR activities as needed

Your profile

• Education: Minimum Bac+3 in Human Resources, Management, or a related field

• Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

• A first experience or academic project in HR is a plus
