We are looking for a meticulous and organised ID Card Office Coordinator to oversee the ID card allocation process on a Fixed Term Contract which will conclude on 27th June 2025. You will be the front-line person for all queries related to Air New Zealand Identity, AVSEC and Retiree cards from employees. You will ensure all ID card requests are processed accurately and promptly, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of the ID card office, including processing ID card requests, retiree and renewals
- Checking and verifying AVSEC application forms
- Ability to collaborate with Vetting and Onboarding, Crew and Pilot Administration teams to ensure Operation intakes have ID cards available on time
- Liaise with Properties with any building access issues
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns related to ID cards in a professional and efficient manner
- Have a continuous focus on improving how we can enhance our service.
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, Cardax and ServiceNow
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Part-Time role, requiring 4 days of work per week, with 5-hour shifts each day. The core office days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
