The Intern, Product Change and Development reports to the Manager, Product Change and Development but will liaise with internal departments in the areas of Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, IT, HR and Finance and participate in required meetings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work within ERP system to build business cases for Product Changes and Options requests by customer using approved template.
- Build Project Charter pages for handoff from Afterspanet team to Product Change Management team using approved Charter templates.
- Attend weekly meetings and assist in capturing requirements and action items following meetings and sending out to all participants.
- Ensure application of professional standards and company processes are followed in accomplishing program activities.
- Always represent De Havilland in a professional and courteous manner in every communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
- A combination of education and experience in aerospace, project management and/or manufacturing will be considered.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience (e.g.: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Assembler, etc.) considered an asset.
Skills:
- Basic to intermediary knowledge in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Location & Conditions of Employment
