Position Summary
Join our team for a 6-month internship where you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing and improving business processes within an international organization. You will contribute to process documentation, systems support, and data organization, while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. This internship offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi-cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
Your Role:
- Support the designing & continuous improvement and optimization of business processes
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams and trainings
- Support the team with daily ongoing systems support
- Assist in the organization and management of the team’s data resources to have it immediately accessible for analysis
- Develop and build knowledge management capabilities to facilitate best practices across teams and countries
- Assist in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all operation teams
Your Profile:
- Enrolled on University degree in the field of a business related study
- Solution oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
