Manage and deliver legal advice and documentation to either a Business Unit Region or a support function.

- Legal support to a region in relation to all business activities in that region under the supervision of the regional manager.

- Legal support to a solution line or support function.

- Legal support on transactions within the region.

- Legal support on major or complex transactions depending on subject matter expertise and language, under the supervision of a more senior lawyer.

- Advise and influence management with requisite communication and interpersonal skills.

- Contribute to long-term projects addressing areas of legal risk and/or compliance under the supervision of a more senior lawyer.

- Prepare and deliver legal training to regional SRM BU and Support functions.

- Advises on material contracting matters.

- Supports dispute resolution in terms of business issues, potential or actual claims or litigation.

- 6-7 years of experience in a similar role (preferably with exposure to IT/Telecoms industry) in either in-house or private practice.

- Experience in core legal commercial domains.

- Experience in advising on commercial projects/deals.

- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

- Degree in Law.

- Appropriate legal qualification (registered or licensed Attorney Lawyer Solicitor, or Barrister) or similar international qualification.
