The Medical Warehouseman receives, stores and issues supplies and equipment. Carries out housekeeping duties in the warehouse. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

Principal Accountabilities

• Receives supplies and equipment from the depots and other sources, confirming they are in acceptable condition. This includes trucks, shipping containers and aircraft pallets.
• In-checks property, processes receipt documents into the supply computer system and clears rejects as required.
• Separates misdirected shipments and processes them through the transportation channels.
• Moves property to correct warehouses and then places in assigned locations. Updates warehouse locations when appropriate.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are kept clean, preserved and protected from the environment while in storage.
• Pulls stock from location for issues and shipments.
• Helps prepare warehouses for inventories and assists in the inventories as required.
• Accepts and processes turn-ins and moves property to correct locations.
• Researches part numbers to obtain NSNs that arent loaded.
• Notifies supervisor of items requiring shelf-life extension.
• Drives light vehicle to move property between warehouses and operates material handling equipment as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Works in maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at a beginner level.
• Must possess a valid home country drivers license and ability to obtain host nation drivers license.
• Will be required to operate material handling equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year experience in a supply system or closely related function required.
• Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
• Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs. and performing extensive work handling/lifting equipment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
